It’s official! Bartolini young barley pasta was awarded a distinction in the Contest for the 2016 WorldFood Warsaw Gold Medal, which was held in Warsaw on April 19-21. The WorldFood Warsaw Fair’s Gold Medal is a prestigious contest dedicated to the food industry, intended to promote the best products presented during the fair. The winners are chosen based on such criteria as recipe, ingredients used to make the product, production technology, and product packaging and marking.
